For owners who want ongoing, hands-on guidance as they train their dog. You’ll learn practical training techniques, see how to use them with your dog, get coaching and feedback, and leave each session knowing what to work on at home between training sessions. 

Includes:

• one 60-minute in-home Coaching Consultation
• five 45-minute private coaching sessions at an agreed-upon location
• a concise personalized training plan and selected resources
• up to three video reviews with feedback
• brief email support between sessions

Best for: Puppy and adolescent-dog owners, households working on several connected training goals, or anyone who wants ongoing guidance, practice, and accountability.

Affinity Coaching Consultation

$325 | 60 minutes | In Your Home 
 

A focused, personalized session designed to help you address specific training concerns or establish a DIY training plan and develop a practical plan for moving forward.

Includes:

• Review of your intake information before the session
• Observation and assessment of your dog's behavior, environment, and routines
• 60 minutes of private, hands-on coaching with you and your dog
• Practical training techniques you can begin using immediately
• A written action plan with priorities and next steps
• Selected training resources tailored to your dog's needs
• Two weeks of brief email support for follow-up questions and clarification

Best For:

Dog owners seeking help with a specific concern, a professional assessment and starting plan, or guidance they can implement independently without committing to a longer coaching series.

Affinity Virtual Coaching Consultation

$150 | 45-minutes | Online
 

Personalized coaching for owners outside Affinity’s service area or those seeking help with a specific training challenge that can be addressed remotely.

Before our virtual session, I’ll review your intake information and submission video of what you and your dog are experiencing. During our session, we'll focus on your primary training concern and identify practical steps you can begin using right away.
 

Includes:

• advance intake review
• video review 
• 45 minutes of individualized virtual coaching
• a concise written action plan
• selected resources to support your training
• follow-up email exchange within 7 days of session date

Best for: Puppy questions, household manners and routines, and troubleshooting for owners who live outside Affinity’s in-home service area.

Affinity Follow-Up Coaching

$250 | 60 minutes
 

Exclusively for prior Affinity Canine Coaching clients who have completed the Signature Series and want additional support without committing to a new series.

A follow-up session gives us time to review progress, practice skills together, and make adjustments based on what you and your dog need next.

Substantial new behavior concerns or training goals may warrant a new assessment.

In-Home Service Area

In-home coaching is available in Upper Northwest Washington, DC and select nearby communities in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Silver Spring, Maryland. Other locations may be considered based on travel time and availability.
